Elizabeth Linares, Photographer

When I first saw Elizabeth's work, I was completely awed by the inspirational effect that her photography had on me. I had to contact her to learn more about her work and her inspirations. I was thrilled when she agreed to have her work represented by Authentic Art Consulting. Read on to learn more about this wonderful, DC area photographer.

1. Where are you originally from and how long have you been an artist?

I am from the Bronx, New York and have just recently discovered I am an artist.

2. What inspires you in creating your art?

I find that what inspires me changes. I love capturing the "awe" moment at the precise time that I feel the "awe". If I can have you feel something when you see what I've captured, I have done my job creating art.

3. What medium do you use for your artwork? (i.e.: mix media, digital, oil, acrylic) If you use a specialized medium describe the process.

I am an artist whose medium is photography. I currently capture my images with a Canon 20D digital SLR and print them on archival fine art paper.
